Description

A creamy, chilled dessert combining cheesecake pudding, fresh strawberries, and whipped topping in a no-bake format. Perfect for hands-off prep with a rich, spoonable texture.

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant cheesecake pudding mix
3 1/4 cups cold whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
1 tub (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Add confectioners’ sugar and beat until incorporated.
In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla until thickened.
Gradually add pudding to cream cheese mixture and stir until blended.
Fold in half the chopped strawberries and whipped topping.
In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar for topping.
Pour half the pudding into prepared crust (or serving dishes).
Top with remaining pudding, strawberries, and graham cracker crust.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth blending
Add a touch of strawberry puree (not juice) for more intense flavor
Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days
Can substitute Biscoff-type crumbs for a spiced variation
