Description

A no-bake frozen dessert assembled with vanilla ice cream sandwiches, whipped topping, and drizzles of fudge and caramel. Layers of texture and flavor in a 9×13-inch dish, ideal for a quick, crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches, unwrapped
2 (8 ounce) containers whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 ounce) jar hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping
¼ cup chopped pecans, or to taste

Instructions

Unwrap the vanilla ice cream sandwiches and arrange a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
Cut individual sandwiches as needed to fill gaps and ensure they fit the dish properly.
Spread one container of thawed whipped topping evenly over the first layer.
Drizzle the warmed hot fudge and caramel toppings over the whipped topping.
Repeat with a second layer of ice cream sandwiches, followed by the remaining whipped topping, hot fudge, and caramel.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top layer.
Cover the dish and freeze for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Cut the cake into squares and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure whipped topping is fully thawed before use for smooth spreading. Warm the fudge and caramel gently in the microwave if they become too thick. Store leftovers in the freezer, tightly covered.
