Description

A creamy, no-cook dessert using blended cottage cheese and banana pudding mix. Layers with wafers and whipped topping offer classic texture while boosting protein content. Ready in 10 minutes, best served chilled.

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese (2% milk or non-fat)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (approx. 30g)
1 package banana pudding mix (instant)
2 tablespoons maple syrup or sugar-free syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ ripe banana (optional, for added flavor)
1-2 tablespoons milk (plant-based or dairy)
¾ cup crushed vanilla wafers
¼ cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender, blend until completely smooth
Add protein powder, pudding mix, syrup, vanilla extract, and optional banana
Blend until uniform and silky
Add milk (if needed) to reach desired consistency
Layer 1-2 tablespoons of pudding in 6 jars/mason glasses, top with crushed wafers, and repeat
Finish with a dollop of whipped topping
Chill for 1 hour before serving

Notes

For non-dairy version, use vegan cottage cheese and plant-based milk
Add sliced banana on top for classic banana pudding flavor
Prep layers up to 24 hours in advance
