Description
A fresh and flavorful breakfast sandwich made with soft scrambled eggs, buttery croissants, pepperjack cheese, guacamole, and garlic butter tomato sauce. Perfect for a quality weekend morning meal with ideal textures and peak flavors.
Ingredients
8 eggs
4 croissants
4 slices cooked bacon (halal or non-pork alternative)
4 slices pepperjack cheese
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup garlic butter tomato sauce (no alcohol)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Slice the croissants in half and place them cut-side down on a baking sheet. Toast them until warm and slightly crisp, around 3-4 minutes.
In a non-stick skillet, whisk and cook the eggs using soft scrambling technique over low heat, just until set.
While the croissants are toasting, prepare your ingredients: cooked bacon, cheese, guacamole, and garlic butter tomato sauce.
Once croissants are warm and the eggs are ready, begin assembly by spreading a layer of garlic butter tomato sauce on the bottom half.
Layer the hot scrambled eggs over the sauce.
Place a slice of pepperjack cheese on top of the eggs.
Top with a slice of halal bacon and a spoonful of guacamole to finish the sandwich.
Serve immediately while warm and fresh.
Notes
If croissants are unavailable, English muffins may be used as a substitute.
Pepperjack cheese can be replaced with cheddar for a milder flavor.
Ensure that all ingredients remain hot during assembly to allow the cheese to melt properly.
The recipe is best served fresh and assembled just before eating for optimal texture.
